Dear Board - I figured out that we could order a copy of the articles of incorporation directly from the DC Corporations Division website. I've submitted a request for this, which will result in a $40 charge to the DCSTFI SunTrust Mastercard. It will likely take a few days for the documents to come through, but we will have a copy that I will be sure to add to the documentation on the DCSTFI Google Drive.
On that point, I have been adding what documents I have from my treasurer days as well as this year's activities to this drive. Please feel free to add what you have to the drive, as well. As I wrote in my message to Hugh, the corporation documents are in disarray. We will not have a complete archive of documents dating from DCSTFI's incorporation on Dec. 3, 2001, but we can create this archive from this point forward.
