Good news: We received confirmation today that our nonprofit status has been restored and we are in compliance with the regulations again!  Thank you, Todd, for facilitating that process and helping us to resolve a long-standing issue. One of the items on the agenda for our next meeting will be whether we want to make any changes in the by-laws. Hopefully, I'll have more information on what that process will entail by then.
