Dear DCSTFI and Todd- I hope this finds you all doing well during this holiday season! I am the former treasurer and president of DCSTFI and still in the DC area, working at NIDA. I am writing to ask that my e-mail address be removed from the SunTrust checking account correspondence list. I am still receiving e-mail notifications of statements and other communications from the bank, even though I’ve asked DCSTFI several times to make this change. I tried calling the bank to remove my account from this list, but, as I no longer have any pertinent account information, I was not able to make this change myself.

Todd, Board,

I have deleted Heather as a SunTrust account user as requested. She should no longer receive account notices.

The other listed user is John McMurdy. It appears he may have created the account(?) as he is linked to the DCSTFI user name. However, the contact email for this user account is listed as ashleyma...@gmail.com.

I agree with Todd,we should discuss appropriate changes at our next meeting.

Hi, Clayton - John McMurdy was the president of the board before I was involved, so he pre-dates me. I’m not sure when Ashley Grant was on the board - perhaps after I was? Thank you for looking into this!
