Hey everyone!

I spent a bit of time getting the email accounts set up. From now on, you should be able to use dcstf...@gmail.com for your one-stop-shop for all things dcstfi!

If someone emails the yahoo account, it will be automatically forwarded to the gmail account. They will also receive an email telling them that their email has been forwarded but that they should use the gmail account in the future. Try it out!

When you log into dcstfi.info, you'll see that all of the emails are filtered. Any email that has been forwarded from the yahoo account is clearly labeled as such. Any email that has been forwarded from billing is labeled in green, and so on. This way it is easy to see which account the email was originally intended. (and this might affect how to respond or who should respond to the email- ie, Heather might respond to emails to the office account and David might watch over the info account).

All emails between board members using this googlegroup are automatically marked as read and stored as "board communications."

I haven't archived the yahoo account yet- I'm sure it's fine as it is for now :)

Feel free to start uploading documents to the dcstfi.info drive. I created some folders (eg Board Meeting Agendas). If you have stuff you want to add or want to create a new folder, go for it!

I will start working on a website asap.

David, if you want to send an "email blast" describing the new email addresses, etc, feel free.

If you have any questions, please let me know. And if you notice any thing wonky about how I have set this up, please let me know!

Have a good night!
Nichole

Nichole,

The account setup looks great!  I have yet to put together the info blast, but will start listing this account as the "reply-to" account to get people used to it before making a complete switch.

Thank you!
David
