updated e-mail addresses

Dear Todd and Joanne - it's that time of year again, when we need to put out a call for board member volunteers. As this has been a time of transition, with members leaving and new members coming in, we need to be sure that our e-mail records are up-to-date. Can you both send me your list of members and e-mail addresses, so we can cross-check our distribution lists? Last year, we had an issue with about ⅓ of the members not being on our list and we don't want that to happen again. Please include those folks that are joining in October, as well, as the election will be held on October 17, and they will be eligible to run for a board position.
