💼 Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning solutions across enterprise systems. This role involves working on both modern cloud-based platforms and legacy applications, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI/ML model development, cloud technologies, and technical leadership, along with the ability to guide teams and define best practices.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle including design, development, training, evaluation, and deployment of models
- Build and optimize machine learning models for various business use cases
- Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing (legacy) and modern applications
- Design and implement scalable architectures for AI/ML systems
- Develop and enhance automated testing frameworks for ML and application workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
- Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and guidelines
- Drive cloud-based AI/ML solutions using platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership across projects
- Improve system performance, reliability, and efficiency through continuous optimization
🧠 Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of overall software development experience
- 5+ years of experience in leading technical teams (Cloud + Application Development)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
- Strong experience with machine learning concepts (training, evaluation, tuning, deployment)
- Experience with programming languages such as Java or Python
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Experience working with legacy systems and modernization strategies
- Strong knowledge of automation testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
⭐ Preferred Skills
- Experience with MLOps tools and pipelines
- Knowledge of data engineering and distributed systems (Kafka, Spark, etc.)
- Exposure to GenAI / LLMs (LangChain, RAG, etc.)
- Experience in enterprise-level application architecture
