Candidates should have architect-level Salesforce certifications and hands-on experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. Strong experience with Einstein AI, Agentforce, Generative AI, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, data governance, security, compliance, data migration, APIs, middleware, and third-party integrations is required. Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation to RISE, migration strategy, change management, SAP BTP, SAP BDC, Joule/AI capabilities, product roadmapping, backlog prioritization, business cases, outcome measurement, and executive stakeholder management is required.
