Role: Senior Product Manager – SAP Finance (S/4HANA)
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite Required)

The Opportunity
Join the Corporate Shared Services team as a Senior Product Manager with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and financial systems.
This role focuses on defining product strategy, driving roadmap execution, and delivering scalable financial solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP Finance (FI) expertise combined with a strong product mindset to guide finance system capabilities and improvements within the S/4HANA ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP S/4HANA financial applications and analytics
Define, own, and execute the product roadmap aligned with business goals
Identify and prioritize opportunities using data insights, customer feedback, and market analysis
Collaborate with finance stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs
Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Finance, Operations, Analytics) to deliver products end-to-end
Develop business cases and articulate impact-driven product strategies
Create product requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership
Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in SAP Finance (S/4HANA & ECC)
Strong functional expertise in SAP FI modules, including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Group Reporting
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations
Strong understanding of end-to-end financial transaction flows
Proven experience managing product lifecycle (roadmap → launch → support)
Experience with enterprise systems such as:
Salesforce
MS Dynamics
Databricks
Experience in GL, AP, AR, FICA (with CC/CI), and Treasury integration
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and subscription-based business models
Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions
Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Exposure to data-driven product strategy and analytics platforms
Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Must Have
10+ years SAP Finance (S/4HANA + ECC)
Deep expertise in SAP modules: GL, AP, AR, FICA, Treasury Integration
Strong Product Management experience (roadmap, PRDs, lifecycle)
Financial systems and accounting domain expertise
Experience with analytics/enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Databricks, Dynamics)
Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
Work Requirements
Onsite Requirement: Minimum 3 days/week in San Jose, CA
Local candidates only (Bay Area preferred)
