Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Delivery Lead with strong technical expertise in legacy modernization, application support, and enterprise delivery management within financial services environments. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in mainframe technologies, project delivery, stakeholder management, and SDLC methodologies, along with the ability to lead complex end-to-end initiatives in high-volume enterprise systems.
The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional teams, drive successful project execution, and ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management

Lead and deliver end-to-end projects including:

Requirements gathering

Manage RAID logs and provide regular project status updates to senior leadership through Clarity

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure production readiness for successful go-live execution
