Role: GenAI with Supply Chain experience
Location: Austin Texas

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions for supply chain and logistics operations.
• Build AI-powered chatbots, copilots, and automation tools for procurement, inventory, warehouse, and transportation management.
• Develop predictive analytics models for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier risk analysis.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise supply chain platforms such as SAP, Oracle SCM, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Kinaxis, or Coupa.
• Fine-tune and deploy Large Language Models using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or FAISS.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and process improvement opportunities.
• Implement AI governance, data privacy, and model monitoring practices.
• Work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for scalable AI deployments.
• Develop APIs and microservices for AI model integration into enterprise applications.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment procedures.
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Generative AI, NLP, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini, or Mistral.
• Experience with Python and AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of RAG architecture, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes:
• Experience integrating AI solutions with ERP/SCM platforms such as SAP SCM, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or Manhattan.
• Experience with REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data engineering concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud AI services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Certifications in AI/ML, Cloud, or Supply Chain technologies preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, or logistics industries is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
• Experience with AI agents and autonomous workflows.
• Knowledge of SAP IBP, SAP Ariba, Oracle Fusion SCM, or Bl
