Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable value.
Objectives of this role:
* Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
* Develop process flows, use cases, wireframes, and requirement documentation.
* Work with Oracle ERP, Oracle EBS Financials(ORMB), or any other enterprise applications to enable smooth integrations.
* Develop simple APIs, interfaces, and web services to enable application integration.
* Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements.
* Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making.
* Participate in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
* Ensure business requirements are met in delivered solutions and support change management activities.
* Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience 1 to 2 years as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
* Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data flows.
* Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio or similar tools.
* Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience with SQL or data analysis tools (preferred but not required).
* Experience working with Oracle ERP, Oracle EBS Financials(ORMB), or any other home-grown applications is preferred.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of database concepts and SQL
* Good understanding of integration adapters, process applications, and file transfer capabilities
* Working knowledge of integration concepts such as APIs, REST, SOAP, and Web Services
