My client is looking for PLM Business Analyst for 6 Month Contract role based in Mercury Marine, Fond du Lac, WI (Onsite)

 

Position: PLM Business Analyst

Location:  Mercury Marine, Fond du Lac, WI (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Month Contract

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

• Support the client’s IT PLM team in executing strategic PLM initiatives across Brunswick’s business divisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing overall PLM effectiveness.

• Drive user adoption by focusing on organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and training to maximize the value of PLM solutions.

• Act as a Business Analyst for Teamcenter and Polarion, delivering an intuitive and high-quality user experience through requirements gathering, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, IT) to translate business needs into scalable PLM solutions

 

Required Experience:

• Teamcenter (Siemens): 4–6 years of hands-on experience in PLM implementations, configuration, and business process mapping

• Polarion (ALM): 2–4 years of experience in requirements management, traceability, and integration with PLM systems

• 5+ years in cross-functional BA or PLM roles
