Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Appian Engineer to support the development and enhancement of a healthcare platform focused on specialty care management solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Appian applications across the full development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure applications using the Appian platform
Build reusable, scalable, and high-performance components
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Define and implement business workflows and enterprise platform capabilities
Maintain and contribute to Appian Center of Excellence (CoE) standards and documentation
Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and ensure best practices
Support unit testing, system testing, and release management
Manage environment configurations and deployment processes
Participate in troubleshooting, monitoring, and on-call support
Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing
Required Skills
10+ years of overall IT experience
5+ years of Appian development/design experience
Strong experience with Appian BPM, SAIL, integrations, and workflows
Experience with Appian CoE (Center of Excellence) practices
Solid understanding of design patterns and application architecture
Experience with system integrations and APIs
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
