The client needs someone who can lead finance process improvement workshops and create process maps to help teams understand and optimize their workflows.
Must-Have Skills
Finance Process Optimization / Process Improvement – 8+ years
Process Mapping Workshops Facilitation – experience leading sessions with stakeholders
Tools: SAP Signavio and Microsoft Visio
BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) – mandatory
Experience working with Finance processes
Good to Have
Global Finance processes exposure
Strong stakeholder management
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate process mapping workshops with business teams
Create end-to-end process maps using Visio / Signavio
Help identify process gaps and optimization opportunities
Work with finance SMEs and transformation teams
