Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java backend technologies, React, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and proven experience in handling client interactions, understanding business requirements, and delivering scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and related frameworks

·       Build and enhance responsive front-end applications using React.js

·       Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful delivery

·       Architect and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services

·       Develop and manage event-driven architectures using Kafka

·       Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment

·       Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices

·       Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making

Required Skills:

10+ years of experience in Java backend development (Spring Boot, Microservices)

4+ years of hands-on experience with React.js

Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)

Experience with Apache Kafka for messaging and streaming

Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)

Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Solid understanding of REST APIs, system design, and distributed systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
