We’re seeking a UiPath Business Analyst with strong Epic EHR expertise and healthcare provider operations knowledge to join our Intelligent Automation CoE.
Key Points:
Lead process discovery & identify automation opportunities
Document requirements (PDDs, SDDs, BRDs) & process maps
Collaborate with clinical, HIM, revenue cycle & IT stakeholders
Support testing, UAT, compliance validation & change management

Main Skills:
Epic EHR modules (Cadence, Prelude, Resolute, ClinDoc, Beaker, etc.)
UiPath RPA concepts (bots, Orchestrator, Process Mining)
Healthcare provider workflows & revenue cycle management
HIPAA/HITECH compliance & PHI handling

Certifications: Epic, UiPath BA/RPA, CBAP/PMI‑PBA, Six Sigma/Lean Healthcare
