Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer to design intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
· Create user personas, journey maps, user flows, and information architecture.
· Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
· Translate business requirements into user-centered designs.
· Collaborate with Product Managers, BAs, Developers, QA, and stakeholders.
· Maintain design systems, UI standards, and accessibility guidelines.
· Participate in design reviews and continuously improve user experiences.
Required Skills:
· 8 years of UX Design experience.
· Strong knowledge of UX, Human-Centered Design, and Design Thinking.
· Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, or similar tools.
· Knowledge of usability testing, user research, interaction design, and information architecture.
· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
· Responsive web and mobile application design experience.
· Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility standards.
· Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
· Healthcare, Insurance, or Enterprise Digital experience is a plus.
Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, Miro, Zeplin, Jira, Confluence.
