Job Title: Senior Salesforce BSA / Consultant (Health Cloud, Data Cloud)

Location: Remote (USA)

Hire type: Contract

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) / Consultant with strong experience in solution design and enterprise Salesforce implementations. The role involves working closely with architects, business stakeholders, and offshore teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design for Salesforce programs
• Work with Sales, Service, Experience, Health, and Data Cloud
• Create epics, user stories, and documentation using JIRA/Confluence
• Conduct workshops and design brainstorming sessions
• Build prototype configurations during design phase
• Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams across development and testing
• Manage stakeholder communication, including executive-level interactions

Required Skills:

• 8+ years IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce
• Experience in 4+ end-to-end Salesforce implementations
• Strong expertise in:
• Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience/Health/Data Cloud
• Requirement analysis & documentation
• JIRA & Confluence
• Salesforce configuration & administration
• Experience in enterprise Agile (Scrum/Scrum of Scrums)
• Strong stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Healthcare payer domain experience (Sales stream)
• Strong experience in:
• Health Cloud
• Data Cloud (Customer Data Unification)
• Experience Cloud (Portals – Broker/Sales flows)
• Apex / Visualforce knowledge (nice to have)
