Job Title: PMO Process Optimization Analyst (US-Based)

Role SummaryWe are seeking a PMO Process Optimization Analyst to drive continuous improvement across the BYTE global delivery program. This role focuses on identifying deployment inefficiencies, optimizing SDLC processes, establishing delivery KPIs, and enabling solution reuse to accelerate market deployments. The ideal candidate will work closely with delivery, engineering, and product teams to improve scalability, reduce implementation timelines, and enhance delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze end-to-end deployment processes and identify bottlenecks, rework, and inefficiencies.
- Develop and maintain process improvement backlogs, action plans, and retrospectives.
- Facilitate code, configuration, and solution reuse across market deployments.
- Build and maintain reusable solution catalogs, playbooks, and knowledge repositories.
- Define, track, and report delivery KPIs such as deployment cycle time, defect leakage, requirements churn, and go-live readiness.
- Create dashboards and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility.
- Research and implement SDLC best practices and process optimization strategies.
- Maintain delivery templates, onboarding materials, and governance documentation.
- Optimize Jira, Confluence, and related tools to improve delivery efficiency.
Required Qualifications- Experience as a Product Manager, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Developer, or Process Improvement professional.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, including Requirements, Development, SIT, UAT, and Deployment.
- Experience driving process improvement, operational excellence, or delivery optimization initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to present process insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Experience supporting global or multi-market delivery programs is a plus.
