Senior UiPath RPA Developer – Healthcare

We are seeking a Senior UiPath RPA Developer with strong experience in healthcare provider environments and Epic EHR systems. This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining complex automation solutions that streamline clinical operations, revenue cycle, and administrative workflows.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years UiPath RPA development (REFramework, Orchestrator, API automation, Document Understanding).
• 3+ years healthcare provider experience with Epic modules (Billing, Scheduling, Clinical, HIM, Reporting).
• Strong skills in VB.NET/C#, SQL, Python (preferred).
• Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, PHI compliance.
• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Build production-grade automations integrating Epic (FHIR APIs, Clarity, Chronicles).
• Mentor junior developers and enforce CoE coding standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to ensure automation accuracy and compliance.
• Manage Orchestrator operations, CI/CD pipelines, and testing.
