Position Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber AI-powered Java Full Stack Developer with a unique blend of backend engineering, stream processing, and conversational AI experience. The ideal candidate will build scalable, event-driven microservices while integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic frameworks to drive next-generation conversational platforms.

Technical Core Competencies

1. Backend & Stream Processing

  • Java Expert: 6–8 years of experience with Java and Spring / Spring Boot.

  • Python: 4–5 years of experience in Python for backend or data-centric development.

  • Reactive Programming: Deep expertise in Project Reactor or Spring WebFlux.

  • Data Streaming: Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and Apache Flink for real-time data pipelines.

  • Storage & Caching: Proficiency in MongoDB (NoSQL), Oracle (RDBMS), and Redis for high-performance caching.

2. AI & Conversational Platforms

  • Conversational AI: Solid understanding of Google Dialogflow CX or equivalent frameworks.

  • Agentic AI: Exposure to ADK (Agent Development Kit), Playbooks, and building agentic architectures.

  • Generative AI: Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and the integration of AI models into enterprise applications.

  • ML Fundamentals: Conceptual knowledge of model telemetry and machine learning basics.

3. Architecture & Cloud

  • API Design: Mastery of RESTful APIs (GraphQL knowledge is a plus).

  • Cloud Native: Experience with Microservices, Kubernetes (K8s), and OpenShift (OCP).

  • DevOps: Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
