              Job Title: Senior .NET Developer w/ Mobile

• Client: HCA (Parallon)
• Location: Nashville, TN (ONSITE)
• Terms: 6 month Contract to Hire

• Must haves:  
• 5 years full stack .NET experience
• Not much back-end focus in this role, but need to know how to do stored procedures and queries when needed.
• Angular version 2 or above
• 1+ year of mobile coding experience
• Any mobile is fine. Xamarin, ios, or android any is fine. 
• The app they’ll be working on in this role is Xamarin though. 

 

• Job overview/scope of role:
• This role will be working on client’s SMART application.
• It’s a supply chain app that is used in their facilities. It’s used for both mobile and web.  They are modernizing this app.
• The tech stack is .NET Core/Angular (I think version 8)/SQL/Xamarin
• It’s not a native app though, it’s a “wrapper” app.  Similar to a browser almost. 

 

• Interview Process:
• 1^st:  30 min initial interview
• 2^nd:  1 hour technical interview with the team

 

• Start Date:  ASAP – as soon as BG check clears, typically 2 weeks after offer is accepted.

 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Closely collaborates with team members to successfully execute development initiatives using Agile practices and principles
• Leads efforts to design, development, deploy, and support software systems
• Integrates new/existing software with existing systems
• Collaborates with business analysts, project lead, management and customers on requirements
• Participates in large-scale development projects involving multiple areas outside of core team
• Designs fit-for-purpose products to ensure products align to the customer's strategic plans and technology road maps
• Demonstrates and coaches value based decision making and Agile principles across teams
• Coaches team on existing system structure, constraints and deficiencies with product
• Shares knowledge and experience to contribute to growth of overall team capabilities
• Focuses on customer satisfaction
• Rapidly prototypes and delivers just-in-time solutions
• Gather requirements, designs, constructs and delivers solutions with minimal team interaction
• Works in an environment with rapidly changing business requirements and priorities
• Act as a leader to the teams continuous integration and continuous delivery automation pipeline
