DC Open211 meeting at Code for DC on Wednesday 6pm

Hi folks - 

We'll be meeting up on Wednesday at 6pm at the Impact Hub (419 7th St NW) during the Code for DC gathering. 

We'll talk about recent progress in the DC Open211 project, and the path ahead. We might even get some stuff done :P
