November and December Meetings

Good Morning Everyone,

   I was reviewing my calendar for the  rest of the year and realized that the November meeting is scheduled for the day before Thanksgiving and the December meeting is scheduled for December 19 when many people will be already headed for points elsewhere for the holidays.   I would like to propose moving the November meeting to the 28th of November and that the December meeting be cancelled and we can reconvene in the New Year.

Good morning. The minutes actually did not reflect that we agreed to make the Diwali festival on November 13 our monthly 'meeting' for November. We cancelled the meeting on November 21. I am fine with your proposal for December.

As we agreed to make the Diwali Reception on Nov 13 our monthly meeting, so there will be no meeting on Nov 21. Ben proposed to cancel the December meeting since it’s so closed to the holidays.
