Eight years and still counting, that's us. Your boss boss DJ's have outdone themselves this year. Many of you have already pre-ordered your t-shirts (over 100 sold!), your CDs (again featuring vinyl exclusives from the past year's worth of monthly mixes), and limited edition buttons. Harris at Marx Cafe has also graciously offered up $3.50 Red Stripe specials all night. The evening will be cool and deadly, as we would say. We hope you make it out to celebrate eight years of what has been a simple but elegant presentation of Jamaican "oldies," a term that doesn't fully capture the nature of our love affair with these life-affirming songs and vibes.
