I was in Court for work last Friday and one of the cases up on the eviction docket was against Art With Flowers. I haven't read the court file, so I don't know what is going on beyond the fact that the landlord has filed suit to evict Art With Flowers from their retail space. So - if anyone is interested in picking up any niche scents, now would probably be a good time to get them.

I keep hoping Art With Flowers makes it. I don't know what their situation is, but I love this store and would hate to see it go!

Louise and I were just in there. Bill was still talking about future plans, such as different lines to bring in, although he did say that business was slow. Yikes.

were issues that he didn't know about. It might not be financial. It

Public domain or not, I don't see any positive purpose in posting this on MUA. Most of us have tried to support AWF over the years, and they have been very generous with us. Some discretion and respect would have been warranted IMO.

At this point, it strikes me as unnecessary conjecture.

I was not the poster.  I merely responded to the question about lawyer confidentiality to say that there is nothing ethically wrong with passing on information anyone could see in the courthouse.

I agree with Louise on this one. Bill and Jose, along with their staff are some of the nicest people I've ever met and I wish them nothing but the best. I'd appreciate it if you ladies would keep me posted since I'm no longer in the DC/MD/VA area (and appreciate being an honorary member of this group!).
