Hi All,

Just wanted to let you know that there is a lady who is an activity coordinator at a nursing home who is  auctioning off some vintage scents in order to raise money for a Wii for the residents.

She also has some parfum she will be adding in the next few days. Many of these bottles are still wrapped in cellophane and should be pre 1985 according to the pics and research I helped her with.

Please send to anyone who might be interested!! :)

ummm a Wii for seniors?  Am dubious that is appropriate activity unless it has a game called "Sitting in Chairs Enhancing our Memories by Discussing Sinatra, Swing and Astair"

very cool.  this looks like what an independent living level would do.  Nursing is a bit more....impaired.

Oh, pardon me.. I am ignorant of the differences! The auctions do say for independent living facility for seniors. I thought they were the same thing!

The Big Cheese is off to Hong Kong and China for the rest of April and most of May ... and I'm going to be all through with my Austerity Program shortly ;-)  Like, tomorrow.

I "need" to get some Vosges (bacon bars!) from AWF and have a Starbuck's.  Wondering if anyone else is available to play this Sunday or next?  I'm feeling the need for some gal-time, not even necessarily perfume-time.

Sunday afternoon is what works for me; Saturday's full of kid sports activities.  And I need to double check and make sure one of the older kids can babysit.

What's the availability/interest for this coming Sunday?  Or the one thereafter?  One of those might be mother's day, I have no idea, but that's fine with me...

Also FYI apparently there's a Keiko Mecheri event at AWF in late May.

Also, the Luca/Tania perfume dealie at the French Embassy was rescheduled for Oct 1 or 2, I forget.  I got a letter in the mail.

I'd be there in a heartbeat, but...

Please give my best to Bill and everyone at AwF!
