Off topic.. salons in Dupont?

Hi Ladies! This is somewhat off topic but I need some advice - I'll be staying at the hotel palomar near Dupont Circle for the big christmas party weekend and I was wondering if anyone can recommend a reputable salon where I could make an appointment to get my hair done for the evening?

Depends on what you are willing to pay and also what you want done.  Salon Loule is where I go -- very reasnable and near dupont on 19 th St.  But there are more upmarket places...
