Hi,
I have a 28TB hark-disk (QNap) with 20TB of dcm files of old studies.
I wonder if it is possible to import these studies in db but keeping the dcm files in the original position.
Any help is appreciated.

You can with dcm4chee-2.17.x (or 2.18.x) using the dcm4che2 dcmsnd with -fileref option.
