Following the latest update of Synology PACS App to version (dcm4chee-arc-psql 5.24.2-1059 -secure-ui) we are not able to insert new Study into PACS App PostgreSQL database. According to the attached DB Log we get back -"ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "idx_17402_primary"

- Is there any sugesstion to be able to solve this issue?

- e.g.

How can we connect with pgAdmin PostgreSQL Management tool to Synology PACS App DataBase in order to check the structure and keys of the PostgreSQL Database.

I am looking forward to any comments and advice.
