I think there is something missing in the documentation at https://github.com/dcm4che/dcm4chee-arc-light/wiki/Installation-and-Configuration

Step 14, creating the REST realm, is described for <= 5.10.4

Step 21 describes the keycloak settings for securing the RESTful services - but you reference the realm for <= 5.10.4 only.

What do I have to do if I want to secure the REST interface for 5.10.5 and above?
