Can DCM4CHEE be configured to send HL7 message to HIS/RIS ?

Eg :Radiologist log into DCM4CHEE and  changes SPS attribute. In such case, can  DCM4CHEE  send those updated details back to HIS/RIS.

Why someone shall want to change SPS attributes at PACS side?

dcm4chee-arc-light 5.9.0 supports to notify configured HL7 receivers about changes of the Status of requested Procedures triggered by MPPS or Study received according IHE Transaction Procedure Status Update [EYECARE
-22]. (s. IHE Eye Care Technical Framework, Volume 2 (EYECARE TF-2): Transactions, p.111ff)

Thanks for reply.

We pass ORM message from HIS/RIS to DCM4CHEE to create MWL.
In DCM4CHEE most of the MWL SPS Attributes can be edited.
Such as Requesting Physician name,Scheduled Procedure Step Start Date, Patient’s Mother’s Birth Name,Status,Scheduled Station AE Title and etc.
Most of these attributes are stored in HIS/RIS as well.So if someone changes these attributes using  DCM4CHEE User interface, it has to be updated in HIS/RIS database.

So what i want is either prevent editing these details using  DCM4CHEE User interface or send HL7 message to HIS/RIS with updated details.

I'm using DCM4CHEE 2.17.3

If there is a HIS/RIS, patient and procedure data should be managed by that systems and the PACS should by synced by HL7 ADT and ORM messages. S. http://wiki.ihe.net/index.php/Scheduled_Workflow + http://wiki.ihe.net/index.php/Patient_Information_Reconciliation

Yes PACS is synced by HIS/RIS, but my problem is How RIS/HIS is synced if those details changed from  PACS side.

The problem is with the data in the RIS.
Fix the RIS to reflect accurate data, which fixes data within the ORM and your MWL will not need to be changed. This sounds like a workflow issue.

I think you can limit what they can do by changing the users role in DCM4CHEE.

I hope this helps.
