Change of JPEG Baseline1 Codec in dcm4che-2.0.29

Hi all,

in dcm4che-2.0.29 the (default) codec for JPEG Baseline1 (1.2.840.10008.1.2.4.50) has changed from com.sun.media.imageioimpl.plugins.jpeg.CLibJPEGImageReader to the com.sun.imageio.plugins.jpeg.JPEGImageReader (the change was introduced by issue DCM-583 in ImageReaderFactory.properties). However, the JPEGImageReader has some weird bugs, e.g. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13072312/ I came across when decoding Ultrasound images. After switching back to CLibJPEGImageReader everything works as expected. Can anyone shed some light on why changing the codec was neccessary.
