Weasis is missing on mvnrepository.com

Hi Nicola, Hi Gunter!

Dcm4che-15.13.2 depends on Weasis-3.0.0-RC1. I can include dcm4che-imageio-opencv in my build easily enough through my build system, which ultimately downloads it from the Maven repository [1]. However, Weasis (more specific weasis-opencv-core-3.0.0-RC1) is not hosted there, or anywhere else, as far as I can see. Now, I can checkout the source for Weasis, build it and upload the artifacts to our nexus repository manually, but with the next version upgrade my product will be broken again.

Nicola, could you publish your builds on the Maven repository, please? This would benefit everybody, using Weasis or Dcm4che as a library in their product.

Gunter, what's your approach right now? I guess you compile Weasis yourself, but maybe you have a trick up your sleeve, that you want to share :).
