OHIF showing dark images

Hi,

I have a Dcm4chee 5.33.1 installation and i can see study images perfectly accessing https://my-dicom-server.com/dcm4chee-arc/aets/DCM4CHEE/wado?requestType=WADO&studyUID=1.2.826.0.1.3680043.2.189.91795.20251116101300&seriesUID=1.2.826.0.1.3680043.2.189.91795.20251116101300.5001&objectUID=1.2.826.0.1.3680043.2.189.91795.20251116101300.5001.6001, like image below.

But, when I try to open this same image and all other images from the study in OHIF 3.11.0 the image is completely dark. This happens only with DR modality, all other modalities works fine.

Is there a setting in ohif that needs to be changed to display the image correctly? Any ideas?

I examined your .dcm tags using https://dclunie.com/dicom3tools/dciodvfy.html from David Clunie.

There are a number of problematic tags.  I did a brief test using OHIF with Orthanc after editing: 0020,0037 - ImageOrientationPatient:  to 1\0\0\0\1\0 from 0\0\0\0\0\0, and the series then at least displays in OHIF.  You might examine and validate your other tags.  The Stone Viewer is apparently more forgiving than OHIF.
