Hi there!
I was wondering about it for a while, and then read about it on dcm4chee page, but still im confused.
The description of the service stands:

"The simulation is done through the configuration of a timeout/delay. If no further object is received for a series after a time period passes from when the first object for the series was received,
the emulator assumes that the series is done and it generates an MPPS message for the series.
Generally, you configure the timeout/delay so that it is long enough that all series are received completely and only one MPPS message is generated for one stored study.
If another series is received after the MPPS message is generated, a second message is sent for the additional series."

As i understand it it says that it tooks interval between receiving first object of series and now and if it is greater than delay it sends MPPS.
But then it says about all series for study, so what about when i have larger-than-usually amount of series ? And for that matter what if i have one series with particular big amount of images ?

What i was figuring out earlier (before read) that it takes interval between last received object and now, which would allow multiple series and large amounts of images.
But know im utterly confused.

Anyone could explain this to me ?
