Replace existing DOC instance with ORU-R01 message

Hello,

We use ORU^R01 messages to store encapsulated PDFs as DOC instances in our archive.

Is it possible to update an already existing DOC instance when a new version is received via an HL7 message? 

At this point, the archive keeps all received DOC instances when they are modified and resend by the RIS, which makes it difficult to identify the latest version.

I ran some tests with the Completion/Verification Flags, but without success.

Any hints would be greatly appreciated.
