Authenicating via Ldap

Hello i am having issues connecting dcm4chee to our LDAP. it looks as if it is authenticating just fine but it is having issues associating roles to the user. I have attached the log file and the login config
My set up
version : dcm4chee-2.18.0-mysql
OS : CENTOS 6
java-1.6.0-openjdk

This seems to be the error line that i can not get past

Any leads would be much appreciated.
