Issue with Studies Being Deleted

Hello,

I have noticed that, on some occasions, studies are being deleted automatically. Here is what happens:

1. A study arrives on PACS (let's call it Entry 1).
2. Occasionally, there is a need for this study to be resent.
3. When the study is resent, it arrives on PACS but does not update Entry 1. Instead, it creates another entry (Entry 2) and deletes the first one.

Why does this happen? Is it not possible to update the existing entry? Or at least, can I prevent the deletion of Entry 1?

I believe it was this option that was causing the problem
