Load dicom images into weasis

Hi,

I am trying to load dicom images into weasis viewer by bellow cmd, weasis run properly but not displaying any images. 

"C:\Program Files\Weasis\Weasis.exe" -- "$dicom:get" -r -l "D:/DICOM_TEST"

can anyone explain me full propcedure to load dicom data by cmd and http protocol like: weasis://?$dicom:get -r -l "D:\DICOM_TEST"

Please carefully follow the instructions on this page, which describes the different use cases. Consult the logs to identify the problem.

As described on the commands page, the execution context (shells on different systems) may require characters to be escaped differently. On Windows, be aware of local paths that do not have the same syntax when the parameter is a URI or a local path.
