Forward - Infinite Loop

I find some thing similar in the web but not found a real solution.

I have a local PACS "CTOLIMA" and a remote PACS for backup "DCM4CHEE"

The remote logs "DCM4CHEE" are telling me that there is an study that exist already. I delete the study an start to received it normally, but when is finished the process, it shows the same error again. "instance already exists - ignored"

I guess there is some configuration in "CTOLIMA" that is making this problem.

In MoveSCU I have AcceptTimeout and DIMSETimeout in 0. I change this values to 600000 and 7200000.
In Forward I have ForwardOnInstanceLevelFromAETitles = NONE. I change this value to ALL.

But I have no idea if these changes have been setup because it is still looked up with the same study. I restart the server (Linux) but still working with the same study.

1. How to know what studies are in the list?
2. How to delete the list of forward?
3. Why is resending the same study?
4. How to avoid to send the same sduty again and again?

The big problem is that the forward service is working all the time and it never send new studies because it is working all the time with the same study.
