query based on encounter

Hello All,

Modality worklist query is generally based on order. Wanted to know if we can query based on encounter. if so, how can we do it? should we use MWL and change the business logic?

In IHE there is EBIW profile - Encounter based imaging workflow. In that one part is to query based encounter[RAD 130] . I am confused as to how this can be done?

Would appreciate help regarding this.
