PACS repair fails after upgrade from 7.4-90075 to 7.4.1-90080

Hi all,

I am using PACS on a DS1621+ for storing TC scans for research purposes (University of Bologna). I am aware that this solution is not a backup plan, so I was already searching for a backup solution. Burocracy is very slow so I ended up with this problem before finding an answer. 

My nas upgraded the DSM as planned but PACS stopped working and fails to upgrade.

I contacted my IT service and this is what he told me:

We contacted official synology support too but I am here to seek help.

Any andvice or explanation would be golden.

My NAS device updated DSM as scheduled, but PACS stopped working and the update process failed.

Did you configure the NAS and map it as a drive? Are you using Windows or Linux?

I have the NAS in my university LAN. I am using the synology SDM via web page access. 

I dont know if I managed to answer the question.

My NAS device is on my university network. I access and use Synology DSM via a web browser.

It needs to be mounted in Linux or added as a drive in Windows; however, whether it is on the local network or at a remote location doesn't matter—it just needs to be configured correctly.

Sorry, something is missing from my part. 
I just need a way to repair the PACS app, which was working wonderfully just before the update.

The backup part was just for explaining that the data on the device was only copy until today: i managed to do a copy of the pacs folder with IT service. 

Any way to do it apart the "repair" button on the appstore which is not working.
