dcm4chee arc light - 5.25 - Sending HL7 after receiving study

Hello Team,

Please Setup Way for HL7 outbound.

My Flow :

1) When receiving study Dicom File Form X-ray/CT Machine at Dcm4chee Server

2) Hl7 outbound active For Sending study + patient Details

3) EMR Application will accept Detail and map with RIS Flow.

If Any Not accept Hl7 Message then retry for Sending Detail - Make Pool For All pending HL7 Message.

I also ref. https://groups.google.com/g/dcm4che/c/TvtfHlEQ9C0 but setting part is not find in dcm4chee arc light - 5.25.
