[json2dcm] Cannot convert json worklist with special characters

Hi, I'm using json2dcm to convert a json worklist to a dicom file. It works well unless I use special characters (à.ò.è.ì,ù) for "Person Name" tag, which are converted to unknown characters.

I congigured the tag 0008,0005 with ISO_IR 100. What is wrong with my approach?
