How do I convert 32 - bit float bigendian PET images to DICOM?

I need to set the file meta information transfer syntax to ExplicitBigEndian, this is: (0002,0010) = 1.2.840.10008.1.2.2 and (0002,0002)  = 1.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.1.128 doing this I almost have my original image in DICOM format (need to work in intercept and slope) but when I try to storage the image there is not PC for the case...

If use littleEndian I cannot reproduce the image properly.

What do I do wrong?
