Hey everyone

I received my MRI data on a CD which came with WEASIS viewer 2.0.3. I installed JRE V8+. Everything seemed to go ok, the program started, it opened my patient file and loaded a bunch of data. I can see there are 30+ images in the axial view but there are just no images displaying on my screen. It's blank. All the patient data is there but when I mouse scroll through each image it's blanks. My OS is Windows 7. I tried it on a Win Vista..same problem. I also installed viewer V2.5.0..same issue.

I called the hospital and spoke the the person that made the CD but they were absolutely no help.

Any thoughts?  The CD viewer had an error message in a DOS command screen when it was attempting to load my file.

D:\weasis\resouces.zip (The system cannot find the file specified) weasis.resources.path: D:\weasis\resources

The V2.5.0 did not have any errors that I could see on startup.

Thanks!

Chris

From weasis 2.5.0, try to import:
1) File > Import > DICOM CD
2) if it doesn't work, try File > Import > DICOM and select the path of the CD device.

If it still doesn't work, I'm afraid that the CD or the files are corrupted.

Thanks Nicolas.  I tried both suggestions and no change. The file is imported...each view of pictures is 6-8 meg of data...but no pictures ever show up.

This is very strange since I know the pictures are valid because the Radiologist  viewed them and gave me my report. The hospital is using a standard automated process to create the CD that 100+ people a day are using. No one else is reporting an issue. I guess i will have to go back and ask for another CD  ?

Thanks
