Message HL7(ORM^O01) - Issuer = null error

Good morning, I am getting an error in sending mirth for dcm4chee.

The following message:

MSA|AE|UNI376755|Patient[id=222379HO, issuer=null, name=CELSO SOUZA\S\null\S\null\S\null] ambiguous

I am Brazilian and use first and last name, different from dcm4chee.

The question is if I would have to assign a value to the issuer, using mirth?

To send issuer of patientID you have to addit in PID.3.4

PID||| PATIENTID^^^ISSUER|

But still presents the error message in some patients,

Hi Mr. Ramon,

I'm also with patients problems :-( 

So far I discovered that these problems have to do with the StorageScp service, in particular with the attribute "PatientMaching". This rule indicates how to use the demographic information:

pid,issuer?,[familyname,givenname,middlename?,birthdate]

The info about this attribute is a bit complicated for me, but the important thing is that a fied with '?' mark implies that a missing value on this attribute in the received DICOM objects wil match with any existing value in existing patient records.

Maybe you could try removing some demographic  fields or use the '?' mark .

I'm sorry I cant help you any further in this matter.

Now my situation was like this,

I was able to send the HL7 to the DCM4CHEE,

But when the staff does take the CR images can not be opened in dcm4chee-web3 or ioviyam.

Você utiliza o Mirth para enviar o HL7? 

Você consegue alterar as configurações da requisição em:

"service=HL7Service,type=ORM -> PatientMatching"

Eu ainda tenho esse problema as vezes.. eu reparei o seguinte, quando o DCM4CHEE já tem um paciente com ID 123, ele não consegue enviar de novo se o paciente voltar na clinica. Ele dá a mensagem de ambiguidade.

Minha mensagem HL7 vai mais ou menos assim:

Pois é cara. Como fica nestes casos em que o paciente é frequente (por exemplo, pacientes que fazem acompanhamento de mamografia a cada 6 meses) ?

Quando eu envio meus dados, como eu ja fiz exame na clinica, ele manda e msg de AMBIGUOS, e não consigo colocar um novo exame na LISTA,

Você consegue alterar as configurações da requisição em:

"service=HL7Service,type=ORM -> PatientMatching"

Deve ter outros tipos de validações, mas faz muito tempo que não uso o dcm4chee, então, não posso te dar certeza. Mas acredito que é configuração.
