Regular Cache Deletion not Working on dcm4chee-arc-light 5.23.3

Hi,

I have two file storage descriptors configured. One is set up as CACHE and the other is PERMANENT. When the Cache's threshold is exceeded I see these messages in the logs:

And nothing appears to actually get deleted. It doesn't seem to matter what deletion constraint I use, including none with No Deletion Constraint set to True, the logs always indicate the deletion process was initiated and "No studies found for deletion". I have also tried changing it to a TEMPORARY storage but the results are the same. I've tried bigger and smaller Study Deletion Batch sizes as well.

I'd really appreciate some help on this, even just away to empty/delete all of the cache storage because the hard disk for the cache is at capacity and the data should all exist on the other storage as well (plus backed up elsewhere).
