Given a sample study with 3.401 images on our Philips MRI.
When I send the study to dcm4chee v2 then all images are getting stored.
But when I send those study to our test PACS running dcm4chee-arc-light 5.9.3 then some series won't be stored, only 2.884 images.
I tried both sample and default config without luck.
And I couldn't find any error in server.log.

Does anyone have an idea?

Try to send only one of that Series of the Study to dcm4chee-arc-light 5.9.3 and look at the server.log.

dcm4chee works fine, it was my mistake, sorry.
Those missing studies didn't came from our MRI but were added afterswards (secondary captures from DynaCAD) to our main archive.
I'm stupid :-)
